Why using soldering method in plumbing system?
JOHN K asked:
Instant water hazardus ,lead is stronge mettal and has radiation and one of cause of long infection .So how come still this method of conection pipes is countinue in copper piping system ? Addition on this question , Copper oxid is extrimly poisenus matterial and do we using these poisons every day in an amount (less or more up to usage) ?

Lead is no longer used in solder. And they are getting away from 95/5 solder. Propress is very popular.
Leaded solder is no longer legal. There are various brands of lead-free solder. 95-5 solder had no lead in it and was used for hot water lines. It contained 95% tin and 5% antimony. Copper pipe contains no poisons.
Copper is not poisonous. Nor is its oxide. 95/5 solder contains no lead and has been the standard for over 25 years.
A lot of new construction is using PEX(cross-linked polyethylene tubing),no joints,no flow restriction. It costs more to put in but pretty much lasts forever.
you’re talkin about the wrong kind of solder, plumbers use a non toxic solder specifically engineered for water systems, have any idea how many types of solder there are? alot
